DARE Hall of Fame Parade 

Top D.A.R.E. Students march in the 2007 HOF Parade in Downtown Canton. Every year the 2 top D.A.R.E. students are selected from each elementary school and are offered the opportunity to represent their school in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Community Parade.

Whipple School 

3rd graders from Whipple Elementary School receive certificates for graduating from the "Just Say No!" Club, Issuing the certificates are Chief Tim Escola and D.A.R.E. Officer Bill Watson as Principal Dave Guertal and Elementary Curriculum Director Dr. Mike Shreffer watch on.
 

   

Pride Program

Every summer 8 - 10  5th graders are selected to attend the Perry Police P.R.I.D.E. (Police Reinforcing Important Decisions & Education) Program. These students are given the opportunity to go on several unique field trips. This year the program was sponsored by Mr. Rapid Emergency Disaster Cleanup. Photos are from the Army Reserve located at the Akron/Canton Airport. Students are checking out what needs to be done to be a helicopter pilot. Also, the always favorite giant water slide sponsored by Mr.Rapid and the Perry Fire Department.
